Our return policy states all items are final sale due to the fact that they are made to order and custom.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for another size pending availability. Within three days of receiving your item, please contacts us at customerservice@shopgoodtobe.com and we can initiate an exchange.
Damaged items
Damaged items may be returned and must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at customerservice@shopgoodtobe.com
To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please fill out the packing slip included with your order. Ship the item and packing slip to our return address. We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non- refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please make sure your address is correct. If it is returned to us, we will charge another shipping fee to resend.
Refunds (damaged items only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will be emailed to you for the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. Good To Be will not refund sales tax or any shipping cost.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact USPS to get more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently ship to Canada. Other international countries will be added in the future, check back for updates.
