Our policy lasts 14 days. Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. At this time we do not accept exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the Good To Be hang tag and all other tags attached in original location.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
-Items that have been worn or washed
-Items without all tags attached in original location
-Items with any stains or smell
-Gift cards or items purchased with store credit
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To complete your return, your receipt is required. Please fill out the packing slip included with your order. Ship the item and packing slip to our return address. We are not responsible for any shipping costs and all shipping costs are non- refundable. If you are shipping an item, consider purchasing shipping insurance or using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost items and do not guarantee that we will receive the item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please make sure your address is correct. If it is returned to us, we will charge another shipping fee to resend.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a gift card will be emailed to you for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. Good To Be will not refund sales tax or any shipping cost.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact USPS to get more information.
We currently ship to Canada. Other international countries will be added in the future, check back for updates.
